I walked this lot yesterday and it is a really nice lot. The view would be a Smokey Mountain-ish overlook of the valley from your back porch. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to Lake Cumberland Marina for boating or fishing. And, it is about 10 minutes to town for shopping, also very close to the Cumberland Parkway due to the new exit. The property is gated and restricted to protect your investment from folks who don't respect their property or their neighbors. Mobile homes and campers not allowed. Barnodominiums could be approved as long as they meet the square footage (800 sq. ft.) and materials restrictions. Underground utilities and all the neighboring lots have perked so this should as well. So make your plans to come take a look in person and get your part of Lake Cumberland.
